A little clarity, with care

Terms of service

Dearune creates personal song gifts with AI-generated lyrics and music. Every paid song is reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not claim human songwriting or human singing.

Who operates Dearune

Dearune is operated by an individual developer based in China and serves customers worldwide. Dearune is the public name of this service. For order support and other inquiries, email help@dearune.com.

Your order

A song gift costs $39 USD, paid once, including applicable tax. Multiple revisions are included at no extra charge. Our target delivery time is within 24 hours after payment. Read our Revisions and refunds. Available formats depend on your supplied photos and the order’s completed assets.

Revisions

Sign in with your verified purchase email to request changes. You can request another revision after the current version has been delivered. Each new version must pass human review before it replaces the current song; your sharing link stays the same.

Revisions and refunds

If your song does not feel right, we start with multiple revisions at no extra charge. If a significant issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we review other remedies, including a possible refund, case by case. Your statutory rights and Creem’s Buyer Terms still apply. Refund Policy

Your content

You must have permission to use the stories, photos, names, and email addresses you provide. Do not upload infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, or otherwise abusive material. We may reject an order that violates these terms.

Personal use

Your gift is for personal, noncommercial listening, downloading, and sharing with your recipient, family, and friends. You may not resell it, offer it in a music library, or distribute it through music streaming platforms. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated material. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Sharing

Gift pages are unlisted and excluded from search indexes. Anyone with a sharing link can access the gift. We keep delivered sharing pages available for at least 12 months after initial delivery, unless you request deletion or the order is refunded or removed for violating these terms. Keep your private order-management link to yourself.

Age and support

This service is not directed at users under 13. See our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, or contact us.
