Revisions first
Your order includes multiple revisions at no extra charge. If names, story details, lyrics or the musical direction need attention, tell us what you would like to change. We start by revising the song or creating a new version based on your original story and preferences.
Sign in with your verified purchase email and request changes from your private order page, or email help@dearune.com for help. You can request another revision once the current version has been delivered. There is no fixed limit on the number of included revision requests.
Every new version is reviewed before it replaces your song. Your current song stays available during the revision, and your sharing link stays the same.
Delivery support
Our target is to deliver your first human-reviewed song within 24 hours of payment. If your gift is delayed or has not arrived, contact us using your purchase email. We will check the order and agree on the next steps; if we cannot resolve non-delivery, we will review an appropriate remedy, including a possible refund.
If revisions do not resolve the issue
If a song cannot be used, differs significantly from the agreed story or order, or a significant problem cannot reasonably be fixed through revisions, contact us. We review the circumstances and may offer a refund or another appropriate remedy. Non-delivery, duplicate payments and incorrect charges are also reviewed individually. Revisions are our first approach to creative concerns, not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
We do not offer an automatic satisfaction or change-of-mind refund guarantee. Tell us what does not work for you so we can first try to improve the song. This does not mean that every order is non-refundable.
How approved refunds are handled
Any approved refund is processed through Creem to the original payment method and is based on the amount actually paid. Coupon discounts are not paid funds; a zero-payment order has no money to refund. We will confirm the amount and next steps; the time for funds to appear depends on payment processing and your bank.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal or remedies for non-conforming digital content.
